Tapestri single-cell DNA and protein panels under Mission Bio are highly sensitive and customizable panels that enable true multi omics analysis when applied to the Tapestri platform.
·Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (an Cools, VIB)
·Bone Marrow Clone Evolution (Ross Levine, MSKCC)
·Myelodysplastic tumor (Piers Blombery, Peter Mac)
·Spinal cord system (Takahashi, MDACC)
These panels, which have been designed and can be shipped at any time, are designed by top experts in hematological malignancies and have been published in peer-reviewed journals.
Among them, the Tapestri single-cell DNA myeloid panel is newly added, designed by Koichi Takahashi's laboratory at MD Anderson Cancer Center, covering many recurrent mutations in myeloid malignancies.
A study titled "High throughput single-cell genomics reveals clonal evolution of acute myeloid leukemia (AML)" based on this panel was published in Nature Communications. The researchers revealed an overview of AML clonal structure, as well as the clonal relationships of AML driver mutations, and reconstructed the mutation history of driver genes in 154 AML samples from 123 patients.
Meanwhile, researchers measured the correlation between genotype and phenotype of 26 patients at single-cell resolution. In addition, scDNA seq of longitudinal samples from 15 patients in the study can demonstrate the response of clonal evolution to treatment selection pressure.

Tapestri single-cell DNA myeloid system article published Panel
The Tapestri single-cell DNA myeloid panel aims to address the most common mutation hotspots in myeloid malignancies by conducting single-cell sequencing of 37 targeted genes and 279 amplicons, in order to deepen our understanding of the clonal heterogeneity and evolution of myeloid malignancies.
By accurately tracking patient response to drugs and biomarkers of recurrence, Tapestri single-cell DNA and protein panels can help medical researchers further uncover the complexity of cancer and develop more optimized medical research plans.
